Direct Driller's first tech edition has gone live on the website or you can download a copy of the PDF to read when convenient. A digital only, 100% tech focused issue (with an appropriate title) looking at how regenerative agriculture has change because of technology and how is might change further going forward.
We have always covered a mixture of tech and soil health content in the last 23 issues and we felt now was the right time to give both topics more focus. So we we now add in specific tech issues between the soils magazine that you all love. We hope you will like the new style and the new content.
Issue 24 covers more than 25 different robots, some which are already in the UK and some where we had to go a bit further afield to find information about them. We know you love to hear from other farmers, Farmer Focus pieces are definitely still part of the magazine. You can hear from Clive Bailye on his trip to Agritechnica, Thomas Gent, Daniel Davies and Simon Beddows.
We also get a technology view from two agronomists, Todd Jex from Agrii and Will Foyle from Hutchinsons.
Alex Martin brings us an introduction into how grow lighting works and take us through a couple of examples. Mike Abram writes up his attendance at the World Agri-tech summit in London and his visit to JoJo's Vineyard to look at how they are using tech to make better wine. Plus lots more.
