The mentality of some dog owners is beyond baffling.

We have two regular dog walker son our road who are not only very careful and bag and take it all away. In fact both very observant if a sheep is strayed or of its way, they let us know.

There is someone else occasionally, bag it and leave it on the road or through it over a fence. Last week I notice a fresh bag right in the middle of the road, not far from the school.

Why.

A cousin's father in law had an irritating git do this regularly, hung it on fences, trees or threw it in fields... caught him in the act and told him to stop. The fellow said sorry, but it still occurred...

So the old man 'borrowed' a trail cam and eventually recorded the git doing it. Said git is locally active and on several 'community' committees, so his e-mail address was easily obtained...

He received a link to a youtube - I think, or similar - video which allows viewing by invite only; it shows him, very clearly, bagging the sh!t and lobbing it over a hedge onto pasture.

He was told if anything of the sort happens again it will go on public release and be linked to from the local social media accounts groups. It hasn't, yet... 😐

Why go to the effort of bending down feeling it through a bag on your fingers, bag it up, then tie it to the fence or tree branch,

When you catch one in the act they always come up with the same excuse - "i'll pick it up on the way back". Lying barstewards!

My better half caught someone hanging a bag of shyte on our front fence one day. She gave the pillock two choices - he could leave carrying it, or wearing it. Really wish i'd seen his face when she said that to him.

Going down the lane the other day and a lass was in the process of bagging a turd💩 ,twenty minutes later I came back and she’s just left it on the ground in a bag🤬
I used to do this if I was returning the same way so I could pick it up later rather than carrying it all the way.

Would it be ok for me to leave sh!t in your garden in a bag, just til "later"?
That equation no good for me , as a small number of my customers do it to me ( fence i mean )
But it makes me think i should put out a charge for folks with dogs, and refund on receipt of dog shxx bag. That would be for the wife to administer, and i think i know where i can go if i suggested that

I can never understand the mentality of bagging dog sh!t and then leaving it behind or slinging into a hedge🤔

if you're gonna be irresponsible why bother pick it up?
Probably because someone is whatching ................with binns, ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,maybe
So bag it and sling it latter, incase it bust in their pocket

a rather 'posh' lady used to ride by our house, with 3 dogs running free, buggers would sh!t on our lawn, caught her eventually, she told me, 'it wasn't for her, to pick it up'.

she was given a choice, pick it up, or have it posted through her door next time. There never was a next time, she stopped riding this way.

some away ground, has plenty of f/p's across it, come across the 'bags', hung on brambles fence or gate. They soon disappear though, some nice person, must object as well.

One of my proudest moments!!!

I was in my shed and I saw a dog bag land outside the main door, went to have a look and on the footpath was a couple walking off with their dog. Picked up the bag and threw it back,it must missed the back of the lady's head by a cm and it flew over her shoulder.

As they turned around, I just stared at them without saying anything until they walked off......sadly I've never seen them since.
