Has anyone got some in the ground. I watched a twitter video a agronomist put up. And I quite like it. Might not be the highest yeilding. But a good disease package.

Specific weight is its achilles heel i believe

Saw some last year in trials and it was really clean hit have been told since spec weight isn't great.

Yes, I've got 10 ha in for my own multiplication, very clean with minimal fungicide. Agree spec weight looks like a potential issue. I also have Extase for multiplication, I'm wondering about mixing the two together, good disease, high yield and spec weight lifted. Can't see why it wouldn't work.

I would keep them separate. Extase gp2 Theodore gp4. But I’m thinking of grow both to fill each side of a shed then mix if needed. Then take a premium on the extase if not. Also the extase looks a earlier variety. So may rule out mixing seed.

I was looking through wheat plots here (Ireland) yesterday .
Theodore is strikingly clean regarding Septoria and straw is very stiff.

Probably right but I will try 20 ha mixed.

Any Theodore in the shed yet. Just interested what sp weight is like.
