There's been plenty of discussion along in this thread about grazing infrastructure. It really is a mine of information and plenty to set you thinking.
When you say large scale, are you looking at 1-200 acres or 7-800 acres +. Are you looking at beef, sheep or dairy?

It looks very beatiful. What part of China is that? Is the farm 1 continues piece or is it made up of different pieces? Do you have restrictions by the gov on what you can build or do?
