There's been plenty of discussion along in this thread about grazing infrastructure. It really is a mine of information and plenty to set you thinking.

When you say large scale, are you looking at 1-200 acres or 7-800 acres +. Are you looking at beef, sheep or dairy?

We're beef and sheep at 16,000 acres now but looking to move towards 50,000 and 100,000 acre size. We'll maintain individual modular suckler farms at 3,000 acres but will grow the forage operations larger.

Sounds worthy of a few photos if they’re allowed?

would realy depend on what kinda grazing if paddocks used for cropping etc soil types flat hilly size of mobs
water system pumping tanks etc
looking at snow guessing cold winters
realy want good laneways. working yards in diffrent areas and can be loaded out from those yards.
be a big project more so if blank canvas but easyer to do it nothing there or basic
thinking ahead would it be watered with pivots or latural overhead units. that may change fence layout.
type of stock fatterned or store stock feeding out in field or feed lotted
do you ring fence bigger blocks then if got cheep labour. break fence it so better to crop or fence into smaller blocks with less labour
