Fella Tedders and Rakes

Considering a 4 basket hay tedder and a single rotary rake. I gather Agco is now selling Fella hay equipment under the MF brand for which I have a dealer. Question is - is there anything to fear from these Fella Rakes and tedders? How do they compare to Kuhn?

Had them for years .

I have a Fella rake now old but the new MF seems similar. I would say I don't think the tedder is particularly robust.

Had a 4 rotor fella tedder here since 2013 and never had any bother at all with it, good machine

Rakes are excellent the tedders are tin pot pieces off crap

We had both a fella rake and Tedder both bought at the same time(2014) both were utter rubbish and never did a days work without breaking down. They both looked well built but the metal and general components were poor. In the end fella took them back and we changed to jf/kongskilde which have both been good.

Buy a lely tedder and for a rake my vote would be krone or vicon

I’ve a Tedder that’s really old and a mower that’s 3-4 year old both really well made especially the mower
