Good luck with the sale. Ask a Camgrain member how easy it is to sell space when they are building it faster than demand!
Due to a change in farming policy we have 275t of Fengrain Storage for sale at a discounted price. Please contact Simon Deacon on 07734 236484 for further details.
Perhaps I should start my own website!I don't know why these firms don't have a public and dedicated space on the website for members who wish to sell space... They could simply advertise space available and the asking price.
If its not public then it has to be advertised on a forum like this otherwise it won't sell at all.
And that’s the problem with central storage. Promises at the start of high value storage that is an “investment” but once the penny has dropped it’s pretty difficult to get out of. Recent 2000t Silo setup out near Thurlow. Think even with the large pit it works out considerably cheaper.Building own 3000t on floor with drying and stirrers £250 / t.
Cheaper ways of doing it though.

When they have the equipment it tends to get used. At best that creates cost and weight loss for members without a tangible premium and at worst it is performed as a “contract” operation to generate revenue (from members) when it isn’t strictly necessary. Some might suggest it’s the equivalent of serviced agronomy in the grain storage business ?
