This was selby so I went to goole and they helped me lift it off.however they now won’t let me in with the trailer without paying I can have 2 free vouchers per year but I have to go to the council offices to get them

This lot arrived on the verge near mine last week. Not sure what the grey and red things are, they appear to be some sort of commercial bag for transporting goods, maybe mail?

Had about 30.black bin bags dumped last night, luckily it was on a slip.road to one of our fields and belongs to the council, they are coming to collect it
