So thought I'd start the thread...

When are people sowing? Mid April if dry enough?

Soil temperatures need to be at least 5°C before sowing. Hopefully, that will be early April with us in the Sout West. Sowing earlier in cold conditions can lead to bolting.

Aim for a 7pH and drill to a depth of 2.5-3cm.
