I cant see it from here, I do have a tiny weeny bit of redland though
Anyway, Theres a bit of that sort ground around and the sort of geology allegedly has some has a bit of Gold underneath, or in the riverbed s , few years ago they did a bit of geosurveying .....then it all went quiet , well it would wouldnt it else the pikeys and all insundry would descend on it to do a bit of 'prospecting'

Very popular walk at the top of the Hill, not sure if its on this farms land or the neighbours thou.

Plenty of very very rich very large farmers down that valley who will think nothing of paying £10/12k or even 15k acre for bare land.

Its a sheep farm rather than a dairy unit to be honest. Can dry out quick but could run cows out 12 months
