How fast do you go and what's the seedbed like?
I've got a Gaspardo Manta, changed the seed discs this year, always stick to around 8kph, got a camera setup on the discs so the separators are setup ok, it rarely does doubles or misses but I'm still not happy with the spacings, some are closer/further than they should be.

I'm not sure if some slow down when dropping off the disc or if the seed is rolling in the trench like you used to get on the old drills.

I watched a YouTube video the other week with the Horsch drill and they were putting graphite powder in the hopper along with the seed, I wonder if something like that will help.

Is it doing it over the full width? What size drill is it?

Mines 8 row so split to 3 separate ground drive wheels. I had to change the bearings on the main hex drive shaft when I first got it as the fert had corroded them and the were stiff to turn.

Its a 6 row 2 drive wheels running in line together so it would run of 1 if needed drive cgains and sprockets all good , right angle gearboxes to each unit all changed last season . doing it across all 6 units but not all at the same time .

Vacuum pressure and hole diameter on the seed disk make a massive difference to singulation we usually carry several sets of disks a 0.5 mm bigger hole can improve singulation a lot especially when using flat seed . 8kph would be a max speed for that style of planter , using talc will help but wont fix singulation problems .
