I Sold him some Barley in the early spring. I got the money eventually, but 2 months later than I should have done. Beware, I wasn't the only one to have the problem. A very difficult man to get hold of when you want him!!!

I also sold him 4 loads in January, paid in late May, impossible to get hold of, no paperwork, I would avoid...... Not worth the worry....

Unfortunately I've just had a similar interaction but was able to cancel the deal before anything changed hands.

Had similar problems as others. Sold artic load of grain which they collected early January, just paid beginning June after many phone conversations (when they answered!!), lied about posting a cheque etc Basically not a man of his word and I would advise to avoid at all costs! Arrogant

It's incredible how many phone/email/message/mail problems people have when they owe you money....Been there got the T shirt!! (not with Davies' I hasten to add, but plenty the same...)
