As asked before. If your close to a port I’d consider putting in a colour sorter and clean out ergot to up grade rejected loads. Then store until they can be taken back. Could be a good sideline.

Frontier have a store somewhere that they store trafford gold, that would suit me.
What has been stored in it previously this is quite important ?
1/3rd had feed straights etc
1/3rd had silage
Back 1/3rd is new.

Not just as straightforward as I’ve got a shed let’s ring a merchant / mill up and fill it
For combinable crops or straights off the docks you’ll need auditing to become TASCC assured and then yearly thereafter certain merchants / suppliers probably will want to audit it themselves as well
There could be potential issues with livestock on site or with what you’ve had in it previous like silage
Having a weighbridge is a big plus but this would have to be calibrated every year for trading standards
What sort of tonnage does the shed hold might be a lot of hassle for little reward there will be stock records etc to do as well as insurance to think of for stored product so quite a bit to think about
