Combine not moved for 15 days, only done WBarley and OSR. Getting lots of forecast rain but also on the odd day which is meant to be fine ie Monday night ( had 3mm ,none forcast). We ve had 40mm ish last two weeks.
Not overly bothered at moment as everything is stood but some S Barley I may end up cutting is starting to fall down.
Worse thing is that wife has taken a bit of time off work and announced this morning that the kitchen and a bedroom needs decorating and as I can t go combining , I might as well do that instead!!! It's not so bad once I get into it but painting is not my faviout job but I m struggling to find an excuse !

Same here, Oscar, except for 10mm Monday night and 89mm in the last 15 days.

And tomorrow's meant to be fine, so you'll have to cancel the paint job.

shifted combine 20miles to other farm last night 7pm after getting rained off AGAIN with @5ac osr to cut, started a 40ac field of osr stopped at half1 then got it finished by lunch time today, took a couple of loads to silos, 12.1 and 12.4% moisture but 37% sprouted  after a few phone calls they took it, got rained off up their again before starting the winter oats and was tempted to shift back and finish osr at home as dry when i got home but rained again just as we were trying to make our minds up so the decision was made for us
