I read on Twitter recently that early Sprinter 6 metre drills were on a spacing on 250mm, is this true? I know the CO is 250mm but the newest one of those I can find is 15yrs. I feel that 250mm is the widest I should go for cereals ( and I have concerns at that width).

How do you rate it as a machine? I am looking at direct/tine drills but it will need to cope with the wet seasons that we seem to be getting more frequently, I like the look of the new Weaving Sabre Tine. The Kverneland ST looks like a good drill but not suitable for direct drilling.
We have a couple of Case Puma tractors, 160 and 165 so what width too.
Any other suggestions.

The new 6m Sprinter has increased to 272mm and the 4m to 285mm, they dropped 2 tines on each model. I think the 12 m sprinters are on 305mm as well

I reckon the value of CO's on 250mm must be rising daily !!
