I have been looking at hot pressure washers for washing machines down are they better than cold ?
Do they do a good job on tractors.
I have been offered a 4yo Nilfisk serviced and 3 months warranty.

MAC Avant brilliant piece of kit
When you wash your hands with hot water it cleans them better
Thats the only thing you need too know
Run mine at 90c all the time
Only rince stuff off with it on cold.

Bought from Ruck at Darlington as mentioned above.

Hot from me
After having to wash kit down regularly for bio security, after travelling from one chicken Farm to a other one and keeping kit tidy and presentable
But didn’t have it to hot will eat paint work for breakfast
Slowly, work the temperature up until you begin to get used to it.

If all you have ever used is cold water then hot water will be a revelation. Properly hot it will clean off grease/oil very quickly and it makes much lighter work of animal matter/muck and the like.

Just don't go mad pointing 90 degree water at paintwork or stickers/decals- they won't like it. Turn it down to 50 degrees to wash more gently.

Try washing your hands with cold water compared to hot and you'll get your answer.

We've both got a cold 1set up all the time and it's fine for knocking the worst of the crap off but if I want something clean the hot one comes out . As said above Mac avant is good

Was in the same situation and bought a s/h Nilfisk from the local dealer due to the cheaper price. Blew up 4 months later….

Replaced with a brand new Karcher 6/12, expensive in comparison but worth every penny. Along with the right chemical it makes washing machines is effortless.

just bought a dirt driver here , no circuit board and looks pretty simple to repair , have been looking second hand for ages and when you look at the pros and cons the new does not look so expensive when looking at good second hand prices

T & J Cleaning in Richmond will sort you out. Got all of ours from them and if there’s any issues they’re usually out within the day. They supply most large farms and haulage firms around.
