How best to remove stickers on cab windows

As above, dam thing is in my line of sight when driving,, it's like steering an old Bedford TK with head tilted to one side, I've tried picking it off with a Stanley knife, but it is in hundreds of different pieces, would a heat gun be safe to use on a windscreen?,I don't want the windscreen to also end up in pieces...... although that would get rid of the sticker🙄
ps it's a "grass men" one

Warm water. Hot, but not too hot.

Acetone will remove car paint and dissolve plastic.

I recently removed the raised lettering from the bonnet of a Kubota ride on lawn mower. The new bonnet cost £400 to I was careful. Boiling water stained the plastic (of the broken bonnet) and might shatter glass but hottish water did a good job with WD40 for clean up of any glue. The lettering was reused using an adhesive that comes in a sheet of backing. Really essy to use. See Google and Youtube for more.
