Intelliview IV screen

I’m on the lookout for an Intelliview IV screen. Any secondhand ones about? I’d like to run 2 of them in the tractor for when using auto steer and isobus.

Thanks in advance.
It’s a bit of a lottery but myself and my neighbour got one each off eBay, need to keep yours eyes on it obviously as they come and go. He did the double screen thing, I wanted one for a bolt on steering system, his wasn’t without it’s complications sadly

What are you running on the isobars side of things. Many manufactures terminals are capable of controlling lots of different machines so depending on what you want to do some terminals may be better than others

Nothing against intelliview screens but there are better Isobus screens out there! I’d go for a topcon/Trimble etc as a second screen for Isobus

Sorry for the late reply. I’m using a fertiliser spreader that’s taking its information (speed, gps etc.) and being controlled from the tractor rather than having its own hardware. Would another type of screen be able to tap into the tractor and relay to machine?

Thanks for your reply.

I just want to do what I’m already doing with one screen. It’s just a bit of a nuisance not being able to look at the guidance page and isobus at the same time. Want to keep it as simple as possible for multiple operators.

We run the Horsch Isobus screen on a tractor that already has Isobus support and the biggish Topcon X30 screen. This Horsch would run fine on the virtual terminal on the X30 but the operator prefers a dedicated screen for the drill. If you wanted to, I cannot see why you could not deactivate the virtual terminal from your tractor screen and run the Isobus implement from a second screen (attached to the cabin connector).

Depending on the tractor, (some require the left area to remain set at display of gears) you can set a small map area in the left screen.

I know it would only be a small map, but it may be helpful if you are able to change your left area in your toolbox /layout area.
