Are you sure the load sensor is actually working and intact? Best to check it, it’s mounted on the rear axle check it’s not damaged and the wiring is ok before trying a calibration

From memory , on early models at least, there was a slightly raised button under the Deere symbol (3200 square display) or machine symbol(3800 long rectangular display) on the display .
Had issues in the past with people discovering it by accident and pressing it to see what it does , and when nothing happens, then pressing and holding it in “ to see what it does” which with a loaded bucket resets the zero “ Tip alarm point “ and throws the Calibration out , in theory allowing it to lift more before the alarm goes off , but in reality it recognises this and puts a constant alarm on to force you to get it fixed.
A quick fix, over the phone, was to fill the bucket with heavy material AND KEEPING THE BUCKET LOW TO THE GROUND, extend the boom till the rear wheels just start to lift , then press and hold the certain buttons to set the Tip alarm point .

I cannot remember the exact correct procedure , I have it somewhere I am sure it involved jacking it up somehow.

Any updates on this. 3200 started doing the same. Bleeping all the time. Wiring seems fine

Not sure on the ZF axle models but with the Dana ones you can buy a whole new system from Either Lough bough projects and bolt it on or the manitou system will also work and same sort of price, you will need to drill and tap the mounting holes on the axle trumpet housing though.

On a 3200 the calibration buttons are on the rear of the display, you need to remove the 4 screws and pull it out. If I remember right there’s 3 buttons that you’ll need something thin to press.
It’s been a while but but i think there’s “cal” “cal +\-“ and “span”

To do a basic Calibration you’ll need something heavy, I usually use 4 bags of fert.
With nothing on the forks/bucket press “cal” then pick up the weight and send the boom out (keeping it as low as possible) until the real wheels leave the floor, then press “span”.

I think that’s how it’s done from memory, however you need to check the rear engine mounts haven’t cracked or the rubber perished as the engine drops and the sump smashes the sensor causing it to go off all the time!
