There has to be something causing it to fail, I would be extremely supprised if this cures it if they have not swapped anything else.

google denso pumps cracking/failing

did they have the pumps in stock both times ready to go? If so I imagine there more to it...

Unless they've got a bad batch of pumps?

Extremely high rail pressure (from a stuck PCV) would burst a pump case, but you'd hear really obvious diesel knock from the engine. JD don't use a rail relief valve to protect the pump. Besides it should derate if actual v desired was exceeded.

My independent JD man says it's a thin casting and common!

He also said "I’d be changing the fuel rail as well as the fuel pressure pump. The pressure rail relief valve could be stuck. And replace the scv valve"

ok cheers take it that’s across all models not just the 6130 then as dealership say they’ve only done mine and another 1!!
bit for some reason they had decided to start holding a pump in stock just in case 🤔

Should be a relief valve in the common rail and the valve in the pump should limit the pressure looks like it's hydraulic locking and no option but burst .
Pump probably not the problem but pressure may be increased from standard as per last post.

It has not been tampered with it is 100% as delivered believe in buying the tractor you need not making one fit!
Now Then...
Has it been remapped?? 🤔

More likely chipped I’d think

Pump taken with fitter would think it will be stripped by dealer or jd to see why there are having to replace.
fuel straight from our own tank so doubt contamination.
I’ve seen this before, was contaminated fuel! Caused the pump pistons to seize to the housing and push the pump apart.

Have the damaged pumps been stripped and inspected to see what’s caused the damage? The rail has a pressure relief valve, has that been replaced?
