I’m thinking of going for a front mower it will be secondhand. Found a good looking Kuhn fc313. Any good or bad points to look out for ? Or should I look for different makes. Currently run a 10ft Krone mounted rear

We've ran them for years now and have seen most of the issues.
Top pivot can wear, looks like a top link ball welded on a A frame, no grease point!
Bed mounts on the mower can crack, check either side. We strengthened ours.
Bed top plates crack under the big top hat discs either end. I've always put this down to unbalanced top hat discs so check to see if there's any chunks missing off them.
Check oil level in the side gearbox as they can leak and the bearings go.
Belt tensioner bearings are worth a check.

Don't be put off though they are very good mowers 👍👍
