No I just welded the short stay in place with a good tac then twisted it about to get the right position then welded the long stay in place. Think the boards were from Spaldings £20 each. The Lemken kits ones were over £100 each about 6 years ago, a set was more than 10% the price of the new plough.

You can buy an adapter from Spaldings for a couple of ££ that will allow you to fit normal points.
the triangular shin that holds everything together are eye watering expensive and you only wear the front edge off. Brother in law welds ferobide tiles on before it wears. I wait for it to wear then bUk some cheap dowdswell shins and cut the shape out I need and weld them in. Arc welding on the front of the duramax can be a bit hit and miss but seems ok if welding on the back of the shin. Brother inlaw has mig and I think he welds on to the duramax/tops side ok.

Nothing cheap on a Lemken, that’s for sure
