Lexion Header Issue

Olly Blogs wrote his header off...

This is a major component fail, the main support bracket for the twin reels snapped within a few hrs of operation on Christmas day.
No chance of a call out over the holiday, so it was out with the Super Glue to keep the little lad happy until the supplier re-opens.

Update: It looks like an easily replaceable screw on component, but I'm still going for a warranty claim, including down time.

Bruder parts are awesome we needed a new bed for ours a couple of years ago 36hrs delivery ex Germany to our doorstep, made local claas dealer nervous and you can deal with them direct in Germany.

Claas dealers could learn a lot from bruder. Everything I seem to need is two days away and I have to pay the shipping. Two weeks if it has to come from Germany

Bit damp here in Suffolk today, dont think its going to go for a few days, so plenty of time for repairs !!!!!!!!!

Funnily enough my Lexion header is currently on the back of the Aga curing/drying

Class dealer here came to us at 9 pm we kept breaking shear bolts on the unload auger fitter decided it was a problem withe the auger ordered by 11pm from Germany and in our yard by 8 am the next morning. Still in warranty at the time so at their expense.
