No guarantee that the old ones are still working at the correct pressure. To have them reconditioned, with new nozzles costs £ 35.00 each at my local diesel shop.

Bought it off a dealer down here, he bought it from up country so it could well be yours, it's got some distinguish ing stickers on the windows, it would be awesome to know some history of the old girl, the original reg plate for example would be super useful, it's got some "make sure their safe moves" stickers on the rear window, and above the front windscreen, if that helps narrow it down.

Definitely sounds like ours, I recognised the loader brackets, although we never had the loader, my dad bought it from Cheffins about 15 years ago and used it on a hay tedder, that's the only job it ever did we used to put it away with the tedder still on it and get it out the following summer would always start as soon as you touched the key.
We only sold it because it wouldn't lift when it got hot. Now if I remember it used to miss when we had it and we had the injectors checked, spoke to mechanic who did it today and he thinks the injectors were fine but there was a problem with one of the tappets which had a hole in it where the valve had worn it, but not 100% sure as was about 4years ago can't think why we didn't fix it though at the time, but it would be a good thing to check to see if that is your problem, sorry I didn't see your post earlier

Right, just spoke to him again and he said we did replace it, I don't remember though so he might be getting confused with someone else's tractor
We didn't have a logbook though when dad bought it so can't tell you it's history.
Wish we kept it and got a new hydraulic pump

Did it miss when you got it or is it a new problem
It's only started in the last week or so, I've had it about six months or so and not noted any hydraulic issues yet so possibly it's had a pump between you and me owning it. I'm gonna double check the valvetrain now to make sure I didn't miss anything whilst I had it in bits, it's nice to know a bit of history about the gear, and goes to show what a small world it is 👍
