Liability grazing sheep

So my neighbour has 12 acres and mows it!! He was originally keen on letting my sheep graze but then read that he would be liable if one escaped and caused problems.
Surely nowhere would get grazed if there wasn't a way around this... What insurance schemes/companies do people use???
His grass looks amazing atm 🤤

Most people granting a lease for grazing would insert a clause in that agreement that the owner of the stock has examined the fencing and found it suitable for his purpose. But I think the law assumes the "keeper" of the stock is the person who provides food and water.

Personally, I would want my own insurance (as landowner) but also require the grazer to indemnify me against third party claims. Even then, I'd want my solicitor to check the agreement over so I'd have someone to sue if things went pear shaped! Yes, I wear belt and braces, but not everyone bothers and some will rely on a hand shake.

He doesn't make hay...just cuts it regularly on his quad. I think he appreciates it will be good for the land.
It does look a grey area. Perhaps my insurance would satisfy him....especially if I do the fencing. Any recommendations on insurance companies?
