Lifting a tank

Looking for ideas.
We have a 12 ft x 6 ft tank to go on a 8 ft high gantry weight about 600kg
Access is through a door about 11 ft 6" width available with the gantry to the side of that.

Putting it on the pallet foks wont work due to lack of space to turn 90 degrees
Shed man has a side mount fork lift but needs about 12 ft 6 with the tank on the forks
Thought of a scissor lift but I`m told they won`t lift that weight.
Last resort is to take some sheets off the roof remove a purlin & crane it in
Unless anyone has any other thoughts.

Thanks for the replies folks
2 forklifts one at each end and slide it across, on planks and rollers (scaffold pipes)
Not room for the 1st forklift to reverse far enough in before it hits the processing room

might be easier to dismantle the gantry then mount tank at ground level then re lfit the whole gantry and tank and re assemble!
we have just built the gantry over an existing cold room so won`t work.

Hi lift trailer is an option. Not so many about this way that I`m aware of. Will ask around

Watch this space :D

Strap some of these to your forks and you won't need to turn 90 degrees.

Industrail forklift with fork extension. Lift from end. Reverse into shed. Get tank into position at an angle then shove it round with forklift/ brute force.

Use shed mans side mounted forklift but strap tank onto a 2 foot high stack of pallets first. Forklift wont have to lift as high then so you will have enough head room. All you have to do is shuffle tank off pallets onto frame.
