France is ok most likely.
A mask doesn't have to be a proper medical or dust mask. Just some double-folded dense material tied around your nose and mouth like a bank robber will do, and is probably better as it's washable and reusable.where are people going to get all these masks from?
are masks that efefctive? Personally i doubt it.

Masks are effective at preventing you spreading anything viral in your exhalation or when you are speaking but less so for preventing you from getting infected by other people so everyone should wear one in an indoor public space to protect each other.
When outside there's no need for a mask as long as you can stay at least 2m away from other people. It's also better to stand side by side, rather than face-to-face if you can't keep 2m apart.
Because those people are stupid and selfish. They know a mask won't protect them personally so they won't wear one and put up with the mild inconvenience, even though it would protect everyone else around them from their germs. The Czech government made wearing masks obligatory a long long time back but the problem was, at that time, there weren’t enough masks. So the Czech government issued a web site of how to make a mask, as you say, it’s not difficult.
Why, is the London Underground crammed full of people without masks?
It beggars belief
Government now refer to face coverings not masks. You can make your own.A mask doesn't have to be a proper medical or dust mask. Just some double-folded dense material tied around your nose and mouth like a bank robber will do, and is probably better as it's washable and reusable.

The problem is that information from all quarters is so confused.
The message put out by the Government and the NHS All through till last week, was consistent in its advice, that masks are both useless and totally unnecessary. It is not easy now, to persuade people that this advice was wrong. Further there has been no hard message that masks, must be worn, just a wishy washy statement that masks , should be worn.
People Have to get to workin cities such as London, train services are severely restricted, what are they supposed to do? Huge numbers, my son included, do not have cars , due to parking issues and other initiatives to drive people off the roads.
of course the public transport is overcrowded, what does anyone expect. Thankfully my son has been working from home for ten weeks and suspects he will never regularly use his office again
Careful you will be accused by some as being an anti government lobyist
I am certainly not in this instant, I believe we all should take responsibility for what we do. Safdly there are a large number of idiots out there who think it will never happen to them, and they need strong direction as to how they should act and behave in a public place. I do not believe that the present government was irresponsible in its guidance, as they were following advice from the NHS. But criticism of the NHS is absolutely tabooCareful you will be accused by some as being an anti government lobyist
Inconsistent information and approach from the level of WHO right down to our government is the story of this crisis.
Herd immunity? No , containment.
Masks? Useless, no, compulsory.
Air travel? Keep the airports open, no , close them.
I heard the chief something or other dr Harris on the other day saying the advice has changed because back in March they didn’t realise how contagious it was. Really? Do these folk not have televisions? It was pretty obvious on New Year’s Day from news reports from China that it was very contagious, though of course the WHO wasn’t convinced at the time.
I am not out to have a go at the government either, just stating observations.
Who is responsible for the congestion charge?Congestion charge back on
Now 7 days a week not just the working 5 day week
Squeezing the pips whilst folks drive to avoid public transport
What a cynical move
The London Mayor !Who is responsible for the congestion charge?
I am defiantly not but the government (uk) should surely say face coverings are obligatory on public transport. Why is that difficult ?
Now that's a great word "gusset"That's it..... a nice strong gusset!
