I'm suggesting there is a second leak , so if the spool block isn't leaking externally then it must be leaking internally.

I know what your saying and I cant answer it but it just does. It will be ram seal or lock out valve or both nothing more.

No , different circuit - the compensation ram is piped to the crowd/tip ram.

Ram seals. Do it sooner rather than later or it will start scoring the inside of the ram.

Thanks for everyone's input with this.

I came across this video on YouTube which after watching seemed to abolish all theories on ram seals leaking.
Obviously this was on an excavator not a telehandler but the principle I guess is the same.
