Try starter solenoid where battery cables connected. 30 amp fuse holder there for 'D' plug supply

Seems fine?

What drives this drop box?

AT the risk of stating the obvious there is a gear wheel that meshes onto the gear wheel in the drop box (shown in pic).
It will be driven all the time, the bellows clutch in the drop box puts the 4wd in and out via the solenoid.

What drives this drop box?

If all is right you shouldn't be able to turn the shaft with the stilsons and the gear jammed as you have it. Are you having trouble with the 4wd slipping?

The drop box seems fine, checked all out inside it, but the cog inside back end which drives this drop box seems to be slipping the whole shaft, is this shaft driven from gearbox?

Well lads my 8110 I have to keep bleeding the brakes. I’d bleed them and they would keep for a few days and I’d have to bleed again. I got the bakes and o rings done thinking it might be the o rings but still no different I’m thinking that it’s probably the brake master cylinders. Could it be anything else

what was the old o rings like, were they damaged or flat sided

Try parking it with the bonnet facing up hill, see if that keeps them up o made a header tank for my master cylinders that has sorted the problem but I do allways try leave the nose uphill at night

They were fine but hard compared to the new ones

Any pictures I was thinking it would be worth get a seal repair kit

Il see if I can take some but I basically replaced the block under the bonnet with a piece of 50mm box section made into a tank

Mine used to get air in from the barrel screw on there took a while to find that out

Only seen you message now sorry for not getting back to you. That make a lot of sense I’m having two problems with my 8110 the brakes going and the trailer brake is constantly pumping I took the valve out and checked it but couldn’t find anything wrong.

Is yours closed centre hydraulics?

So it’s consantly pumping when the engine is running? Mine just didn’t work when it needed bleeding so it’s more likely yours is sticking when under pressure
@masseybreaker it’s common for them to go fecked ain’t it?

Could you swop one from a tractor the same, sorry if that is insulting you slightly.
