Had the top spring break today, not a problem but some how the knife has damaged the rubber roller, ive tried smoothing it the best i can but the net keeps on going around it, not every time but probably 1 in 3. It was getting on my tits this evening getting on and off every 5 minutes.
Does anybody no if there is a dressing i can put on the roller or is it a new roller?

I wd40 these bits at the start of everyday or mine does this, occasionally during the day aswell if very dusty
on my old baler I used to get issues especially on a hot day knife not tripping , the plastic bits on end of pivot were white , dealer changed to newer black ones and solved the problem

just come in from helping our contractor, digging out a tightly chopped bale, that failed to eject, and jammed the machine, 3 hrs, handful a time, awful. The problem was a massive cut, even though it's been grazed twice, to wet, even though been down 4 days, extremely sticky, all on a steep hill, there's an awful amount of handfuls, in a chopped fusion bale, moan over.

Failed to transfer? Or failed to wrap?

not quite sure, we didn't pull any net out, and it was stuck between chamber, and wrapper, so failed to transfer, l presume, and failed to 'net', bugger though, we will have to ted it out again.

Did one last week, remove the outer pick up bands to reveal the roll pin. Pretty sure they alternate, half are on the left, half on the right side. Easy to do, 13mm socket and small extension bar is all thats needed ti remove the band.

Shouldn't have transferred if no net on, it will if overidden and forced though.

Bale can be kept in chamber and reversed to a hill or turned away from it if it's too steep too.
