If you watch the screen, theres a icon tells you if bales ejected or not.

Ive just 1 spring on mine.
They're pretty unreliable at giving the right info on screen bale ramp wise

Pretty sure yours will be a different ramp from what the dealer told me

It works fine in silage It was when I started straw I've got a camera rigged up to see the bales and I could see the bale sitting on the ramp and at times I had to shunt forward to release it

I have exactly the same issue. But only in straw when baling at max size. After some nattering my kicker was altered but still have to pull forwards a touch to make sure bales clear the back door unless I’m going uphill.

Does yours have the new netwrap system with the oil operated drive? Was looking at a new one today and it looks a simple system.

Talking of net wrap anyone else have problems with belts slipping? Ours had about 11000 bales on it and we are getting through the unwanted Xmas talc supply at a alarming rate to stop them from slipping.

It does yeah it's a better system than my 2015 one was the oil bit is just the tension system on it .

It looks like it won't work but works well

I got into some good going today which allowed me to have a tweak and a play...until it pee'd it down[emoji35]
Anyway It appears I've been to cautious about the speed the gate opens and closes!
I speeded the spools up and it now seems to be chucking the bales out the back better and also it's alleviated the delay on with the tailgate closing, rather than having to wait while the tension rams retract it now does it as the gate closes but it does go down with a bang if your to heavy handed with the lever as it approaches the closed position.

Belts that drive the netter system
Have you got any net round the bottom roller that feeds net into baler? The bearing for that roller failed on mine last season. The new ones have tube welded round roller to stop this. I've never had mine slip, did replace 1 belt because it was badly cracked.

No but have opened panels up when it hasn’t been working and belts are slipping on pulleys.

As said Xmas talc seems to cure it.

Will change drive belts for next year

Don't slow the spools down there's a restrictor in the baler just give it full flow or you'll rip nets

Watch out for the safety tap for the back door closing itself as well my old one used to do that

My v660 has been playing up on the net sensor today, it sometimes doesn't measure the net going in and then won't cut it because it thinks it isn't wrapping but it is, has anybody else had this problem?

It is probably the white connector on the little motor on the left hand side of the netter at fault. If you part it and blow it clean with the air line then a squirt of wd40. That's what sorted mine when I had similar problems

Absolutely sick of the sight of this baler now in fairly smashed up fit spring barley this afternoon and the only way to stop it throwing burst bales or spitting out things with massive lumps on is to bale in manual stop and give it time to clear the straw from the back of the rotor so the net can go round or it'll get stuck behind the lump and not net or make a massive lump on the bale

Can you not set it so it doesn’t start netting for say 2/3 seconds after reaching bale size?
