MF 3060 - problem hydraulic system

Hi everyone,
I’m from Belgium so pardon my incorrect use of English! 😊
My friend and I recently bought a secondhand Massey Ferguson 3060.
Yesterday we started mowing the grass and the hydraulic system failed also as the steering (we say ‘servo-steering’).
It ‘s the first time we used de MF for such a long time; has anyone an idea of what it could be?
The hydraulic pump?

thanks for your help!

If both have failed, then it probably is the pump.
Unscrew the engine speed sensor on the right hand side cover. Shine a torch in or insert a screwdriver and see if you can see/feel the gear on the end of the pump.

Ok, thanks for the info!
Now we were working in the grass, put it in ‘lines’ to press it (i don’t know the English word for it!)
This attachment didn’t use the hydraulic system as much as the mower, but the tractor also failed.

Are you talking about the pto? If the pump has failed you will have no pto as there will be no pressure to engage it and the low pressure switch will cause the auto tronic box to shut all low pressure services down

Can you tell me where the hydraulic pump is located?
