Mid Tier Payments going up 30%

I maybe incorrect but think it's for new agreements starting this year.
I was in two minds whether to accept the CSS mirror agreement for 1st January given milk price atm. But took the view I could withdraw in 2022 with no penalty as wouldn't get paid until December anyway.
It covers historical agreements ours runs until Dec 31 2022 so we should receive payment on our last claim year.

I saw this as a quote from George Eustace at OFC, anyone know what the ins and outs are?
I have two mid tier agreements in their second and third years and about to apply for another.
Is the increase in annual payment options or capital payments or both ?
if true will sweeten the pill quite considerably.
Welcome back to Earth.. it was pure spin.. your payments have risen in line with 2020 inflation.. blame the clowns🤡 at Andersons but sadly you are now poorer
