out of interest why didnt you go for a 2 storey square shape? this would lower the cost substantially?

Too many story and a half properties where it is oppressively hot in the top story in summer, plus the added hassle of window reveals.
Happened to be in Fishguard’s Coop car park a couple of weeks ago, looking down on the terraced Victorian two story houses and thinking how nice they were.

Nae panic for us yet the joiners are back in December it's all skimmed and had first coat of paint and couple of tile floors laid already so we're getting on not too bad .

I've been putting drainage in around it which hasn't been easy got down to running sand putting the treatment plant in on sat so that was a stressful morning when the sides were collapsing as quick as I could dig it out but got there in the end

January at earliest I'm not getting excited about it as there's no rush to be out the cottage so no point hasseling tradesmen and rushing the job

Any suggestions for the proper product to remove previously applied paint from concrete garage flooring phoenix? I have about 400 square feet of (I believe) latex paint to remove.

We bought a fair bit of stuff from the UK to finish off the inside, light fittings, kitchen sinks, oven, door handles, dining table.

That'll be all I can get done till after harvest now . Hopefully it'll turn green in a few weeks but I'll need to find a bigger lawnmower now !!

That looks bigger than a 4kw solar array installed or is it three phase to save hassle with grid connection.

We looked at solar but it just didn't add up financially.

I wouldn't say this stacks up financially with all they're paying per unit now but hopefully when I can afford it I'll look into battery storage to get more use from it myself
