That makes sense I thought the D1000 and the Quadrant 1200 were the same machine.

How much would a 120 x 70 x 240 alfalfa vale would weight?

Actually matches the density of hay: 250 kg/m3. So a bale of 120 x 70 x 240 would be around 500 Kg.

A 36x46x90 small rectangle bale weighs around 30 Kg, which yields a density of 215 kg/m3. Hence, considering a similar compression a 120 x 70 x 240 = 2 m3, would weigh around 430.
