Quad Bikes and added on gear

Yes. The thickest one they do - 18mm. There's not much flex in it and it won't warp/distort in the sun like the thinner sheets can.

Aluminium angle and stainless bolts holding it together. It's sitting on a sheet of rubber and cable tied to the rack.
How heavy is it? We put a rubber Agri mat on ours and it surprised me how heavy it is,the bike dropped an inch or two

Not sure what weight it is but once made I could lift and carry it quite comfortably, didn't think it was too bad.

I couldn't lift the 8'x4' sheet by myself which was a shock when I collected it. I didn't realise they were so heavy! I've had 3mm and 6mm before and I thought it was light

Used a little bit of the left over Stockboard sheet to make a front box. 3ft wide, instead of 4ft like the back one.

Made a slot in partition to make a compartment at one end for marker spray, rubber bands etc for at lambing (put my crook in its holder for full effect 👍)

Didn't want too high sides on it, so they're 100mm. But I'm not confident the sides are high enough to keep the cans in... time will tell on that one

What's the dog box made from and how is the back attached to the base?

I just have a bit of cubicle matting throw over the RAPPA frame on the rack, but newest dog is a bugger for jumping off if I'm not on the bike, which will lead to us falling out over lambing. I'm going to need to build something more substantial to attach a chain to, and that looks ideal. (y)

I make signs as my main job, it's a product we use a lot of 19mm Foam PVC
I CNC'd the two bits and grips onto the base and then just heated with a heat gun to fold corners,
Screwed up from the base to hold in place with 75mm screws .

Get a lead, or worse case scenario 2 and anchor him from either side 👍🏻
