Has anybody got any feedback on the Quickie loader companion - the Quickie load measuring system.

We are contemplating fitting it to a loader and looking for feedback on this, and comparable systems
thank you

Aye had the quicke weighing thing for a year now on my Q5m

I bought it to weigh haylage and straw bales, and dung created. Idea being to correctly feed cattle and sheep, and know soil nutrients take off and application and reduce fertiliser use

It's remarkably accurate, read out is within +/-20kg per tonne, and repeat lifting of the same weight gives the same +/-20kg

HOWEVER......

Calibrations and setup need to be done very carefully when oil up to temperature, tractor stationary, and revs high enough to give full flow to the loader. Soft ride suspension must be turned off, but tractor suspension can be left active

Patience is needed, but once set up it'll work for all attachments be they pallet forks, bucket, bale grab etc etc

The position indicator screen is also quite useful, especially for boom height when scraping or coupling up attachments

What are you thinking of weighing with it?
