Redrock drawbar snapped

Out of curiosity has anyone had an issue with their redrock slurry tanker drawbar snapping, ours literally snapped the welds off leaving only the ring attached to the tractor and the tanker down the field!

My understanding is one person does all the welding on each tanker and either a code or their initials are on a plate on the tanker so any problems can be traced to the welder. That is current practice how far that goes back in relation to age of the tanker obviously I don't know.
Things go wrong it is how the company deals with that is important.

I've played with welding since early teens, built/repaired numerous loader buckets, bale forks, silage facer you name it. You get a feel for welding, while I don't make glossy photo worthy beads I do not ever worry about my welds going anywhere.

SOMETIMES broken welds are caused moreso by poor engineering than welding and the poor fellow in the 'welder up sonny ' department is wrongly accused.

Slurry tank hitch I'm not worried about in pic for example

Not worried about the welding but think you should check your nuts

After reading some of the threads on here about axles snapping and drawbars breaking I’m definitely getting a bout of “anticipatory anxiety” when I go at my slurry 😓.
Glad no one got hurt and hope you get sorted.
