Regen Ag book recommendation please

I’m going to buy an old fashioned book for my farm staff ( and me) at Xmas on Regenerative Agriculture.
looking for a recommendation please
We are conventional arable farmers .... plough/powerharrow and sumo/carrier
Lots of bagged fertilizer and sprays

looking to move onto a different pathway going forward

However as a first book for getting into regenerative Ag I would highly recommend this

i‘ve said before that I think it should be compulsory reading for all farmers,
politicians and anyone else involved in the food chain processors through to retailers
