Hi all, I am a student at Harper Adams University carrying out an Honours Research Project on UK sheep farmers' opinions and practices of routine foot trimming. If you could spare some time to complete an online questionnaire or share the link with other groups you are in, it would be greatly appreciated.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me using the contact details on the first page of the questionnaire.

Thank you

Done, but would like you to clarify what you mean by routine foot trimming. Is it routinely turning every sheep in the flock and trimming anything that looks remotely overgrown, or is it routinely checking your sheep and catching a few lame ones and trimming their feet alongside an AB treatment etc? There’s a vast difference between the two.

Potentially all of them.
I used help a chap who gathered the whole flock between weaning and tupping each year ...and we put them through the turnover crate one man front feet 2nd man on rear feet (y):cautious: ....just about every foot was trimmed.
I can see the point of turning them all if you are trying to get into a eradication program, to try and treat all offenders without missing any, they are pretty good at hiding a lame foot in a fank, but that would get pretty tiresome if you had to keep going at it, and probably indicate that there were significant weak points elsewhere in your plan.
