£15 is what £10 was 5-10 years ago.

£15 would be bare minimum for unskilled labour imo. Less than this be better on paye minimum wage.

Good workers with skills are in short supply so they currently have most of the power in the labour market.

Cleaners are £13-£15 hr around here, more than that if they've their own round, job in the dry little stress (though hard work)
