Shed builders..... Who to use (trust)?

Good sheds but they have been seriously dearer than the rest when I've had quotes. Maybe I'm blacklisted or something?

Nope they were £40k dearer on my last shed,I still get quotes off them because they’re local and it makes me feel better.

Amazingly wearing were cheapest on my last shed, i think they had stock in the yard they got at a good price, making there quote the cheapest, even the rep said he was supervised. Its was just as everything was about to got up so that might be why.
Made sense to as it was an extension the their building so they had all the plans to hand to work out how it was gonna fit as it already had a side extension so complicated.

We operate with the following:

• 10% deposit on confirmation
• Foundations on completion
• Remaining 90% on delivery
• Erection on completion

Can I ask what percentage deposit you ask for?

Hi we ask for 25% deposit with all orders with remainder on delivery.
