Don’t lagoons just fill with rain water ? Do you build a shed over the top ?
You can have a floating cover over the top with built in jetting mixing system under the cover. You can then pump the rain water off and use it as you like.

I've had a price for a 1m gall permastore tower £65k for tower non roof ready, £80k roof ready, 10k for concrete base, 10k for erection, stoned level site extra as are gantry, stirrers, jetter, draw off points. So I'm thinking circa 90k done
Had a price here for a 900,000 gallon, non roof ready. Supply and fit on level site with access. £160,000 plus about £10k for ancillary equipment.

Was using your quote as a ball park figure, so nearly fell off the chair when the quote came through.

Steel and concrete cant have went up that much in 6 months!

Have been offered this today, any use to anyone,
Have taken down plenty of grain stores, but never one of these, any advice, ? View attachment 999858View attachment 999859

I costed up taking down a secondhand and re erecting. The actual cost of the labour , moving and potential lifespan. New was more cost effective.

Same erecting, concrete base, mastic, costs for both new and 2nd hand

You can put floating cover on to them. See pics to show lagoon having jetting system put in with floating cover.
