Thanks for the stress warning. Got water and BT moving already and electric . just stripping shed so we don't hold up shot blasters, then we will start digging in services the water lot have said it could be 90days to connect! I know your pain with BT for a firm who deal in communication it was impossible to get hold of anyone. They wanted maps of only one type , a postcode which it hasnt got, no where on line to leave a mobile number and show them! After 3 attempts and their inability to read a map anyway they emailed me for a number so I could show them!

If they can find the site.
I've missed out on all this as ours is in the yard, 10m from the incoming 240v, the water runs across the front and we're not bothering with BT, but have put a wire in from main house so can connect it in as extension socket or move main number from house if parents move.

you do loose p/d rights for ten years ,a grain store over 5000q ft would need full planning anyway as over the threshold you can still do full planning the p/d do not remove the option for full planing just costs a little more thats all
Cant see there being a problem to put up a grain store as it shows intent to keep the conversion as a farm house and any new building will have the pd rights to convert removed for ten years in any case

Yes hope so. Just insulate and skim. It's being raised the door end so you are slightly higher for the views, although this may get pulled as it's alot of money for little gain IMO.

we'll see, I could just have stud work then and the upstairs have steel work to support floor?
I'm no structural engineer he has put the plans in and as far as I am aware they have been successful and he answered their queries. You maybe right but I hoping not.
