After a delay (which if I'm honest might have been a good thing over harvest)
We're off!

That's a bugger really. Although this was originally clad very low so you couldn't really see them only bottom metre. In actual fact it's more in keeping with the original to have them covered in. But I do appreciate we have been pretty lucky so far.
I still keep expecting an army of fleuro covered clipboard wielding uncle knob heads to come marching up the lane!

It isn't an issue as long as the dimensions are the same.

Yours is going to look much better, although his is a concrete frame so not as obvious as steel.

we are able to clad over the steels on the sides as the gutter overhangs 8",but not on the ends as there is no overhang. there is no facility in the legislation to allow any amendments or alterations to the original plans and approval, If you want to change anything you have to re submit the whole thing part (a) and part (b) so that is the principle of the change of use and the details, i have not checked yet but i doubt there will be any fall back to the original approval should things go wrong because it is prior approval not planning permission , so if you go of plan to your original approval the whole development will be in question as you can not submit any amendments and can not make a new application if you have started any work because it is prior approval only

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.

This webinar will be...
