you do loose p/d rights for ten years ,a grain store over 5000q ft would need full planning anyway as over the threshold you can still do full planning the p/d do not remove the option for full planing just costs a little more thats allMight be wrong but I thought you lost pd rights for a considerable time .after getting one of these jobs.

Got water and BT moving already and electric . just stripping shed so we don't hold up shot blasters, then we will start digging in services the water lot have said it could be 90days to connect! I know your pain with BT for a firm who deal in communication it was impossible to get hold of anyone. They wanted maps of only one type , a postcode which it hasnt got, no where on line to leave a mobile number and show them! After 3 attempts and their inability to read a map anyway they emailed me for a number so I could show them!Just discovered this thread and looking forward to progress.you can look foreword to sleepless nights and lots of stress and worrying.if I can offer any advise please ask.id get onto by and water authority now as they have been the worst on my project

Yes got to dig footings between stanchions for exterior walls. Interior are going off floor it's 6" reinforced and hasnt moved in 20 year's.
