Stainless exhaust

Replaced rotten exhaust on my 6330, mate who is an aerospace engineer knocked it up for me

I know that there are companies now supplying ready to fit stainless ones now but I reckon there’s a good margin to be done fabricating and supplying kits the prices OEMs are now dreaming up for exhaust stacks etc. You should get your mate to price up the job!!!

Had one done for a tractor about 4 years ago at Tube Engineers at Faldingworth, just a straight through pipe. They are also known as Alden Exhausts. Not too far away for you.

Yeah, I'm not sure exactly what a muffler actually does - no I don't go on the road a bit of straight pipe probably do the job and sound ace!

Sadly, I'm not rolling in money. Think the best option is ship one over from the States.

It muffles stuff.

Which is entirely different to stuffs muff.

I suggested it as a genuine John Deere stack costs £360, the stainless cost £85 in materials, but he said no not interested!

With it being Cummins powered, is it possible that it has a Donaldson exhaust on it ?
Reason i ask is that the Ford FW’s had Donaldson on, and they are still available new.

That’s not a bad price considering, have seen prices two and three times for stacks

I can get a replacement muffler bit and the bit at the bottom it joins on to for $425 plus tax and shipping. It's not fallen off yet, but we put a full stainless one on a car 55 and it looks the tits. My case is up for a good polish this winter so thought I'd do the exhaust.

The Donaldson one I was thinking of is on a V8, not a straight six as yours is, so obviously different.
Would look nice with a new one on the Quadtrack, well worth looking after

Nice, I like that you kept the guard original, but it bugs me that is the tip is wrong compared to the original.

Quadtrac like yours being broken for spares at JPM Agri, but looks like the exhaust has already gone, unless it’s been put into storage.

What size pipe is this
I do a lot with 3” 1.5mm dairy and 3.5” NB sch 40
