If they say two vaccines and a booster is not enough to stop it then that will destroy any credence in the vaccination programme. Most if not all in this country have been exposed to the virus so have some immunity (shown to be far more effective than vaccines), we will have to rely on this.
With you on this. Had my 3 jabs + flu and behaved sensibly throughout
I'm starting to think i'm becoming a conspiracy theorist - our leaders just want to keep us cowed don't they?
I get really irritated that folk are ditching masks left right and centre, be tragic to blow it now...

Blow it now? Because it's so well under control at the minute and the possible 10% reduction in transmission from masks will make all the difference.

Indeed, plus the government are trumpeting the early "freedom day"and subsequent increased spread/prevalence as a good thing.
It is the reason we are not seeing Austria style spike now apparently , in which case ...why have we bothered with masks etc at all???
One wonders how many times people need their intelligence insulted in order to wake up

Just been in a certain supermarket , despite sign I only saw one other person with a mask. Then only 2 checkouts open out of 8 and both across from each other, so we were queuing together and as usual on a friday evening everyone desperate to get home and saving a metre or two at the checkout is 2 less metres to get home 🤔

Well local NHS is as good as non existent anyway now. So really best just soldier on with pains and problems till we just can’t go another step and conk out. No point worrying about it.

Why did you go in then early evening on a Friday night? I assume you are retired? If so what about during the day. As it is I am going to ASDA tonight at 10pm. Be beggar all there then.
