This will sound harsh Will but we can't help Someone who doesn't want to be helped.
You say you haven't been to the doctors for fear of the waiting room, if you actually spoke to your doctor yourself and explained how you feel then perhaps they'd do a home visit, having said that we all have to do stuff we don't like from time to time and stuff that scares us it's all part of life and maturing as a person.
Ultimately the only one that can change your life is you illness or not you need to be strong and take control of your life pal

Young farmers groups all around but never was well enough to sit in room and chat in afraid. Haven't been out of house at night for weeks and weeks. Find I can't make myself go out visiting as I be to concerned about certain jobs the next day. Silly I know

It isn't silly Will, it's illness, and people in these places are there to befriend and welcome you, now is the time to go join. Trust me on this, you see me on Facebook, my wife and my child, all of that is because of young farmers, met my mates there, met my girlfriend who is now my wife. It's the stuff of life Will, and Young farmers movement do help young people from all walks of life in your situation. Get your mum to get hold of them and explain the situation, trust me on this please Will, they'll not cure you straight away, but they'll make up a good part of your recovery.

Sorry to hear you're struggling again Will.
As already said, speak to the doctor over the phone and explain how you're feeling, if they understand the situation they might do a home visit. You could always get your mum to ring first and explain, then pass the phone to you once the doctor's there, then you only have to speak to the doctor and not the receptionist

Hope things improve for you soon

If you've not had a proper face to face consultation with a doctor in a while then this has to be your highest priority - things aren't likely to get better without dealing with the illness properly - that means proper regular consultation with a specialist who can adjust your medication correctly and offer other avenues of appropriate treatments as necessary.

Why don't you email your doctor explaining how you feel. You explain your feelings well on here and maybe the doc will have a head start and make the time for a visit, even if it's in the shed looking at the sheep where you are comfortable.

It's great to see the TFF massive listening and trying to help as usual, just don't go mentioning brexit, subsidies and silage wagons or they'll turn on you!

Hope you can get some real assistance to the better soon(y)

Will. If you can't face going to your doctors , then at least write them a letter or email, explaining exactly how you feel. Just like you do in your posts on here.
It may also be worth contacting one of the farming charities and talking things through with a counsellor . They should be better able to advise you than we are .

Decided to walk up to sheep instead of drive today. Sun came out just in time or I'd still be there looking for them in fog
