Give Sturgeon the promise of another independence referendum in five years time if she agrees to fund the activities of her devolved administration completely through taxation of the Scots over that period, do away with the Barnett formula and expose the weakness of the Scots Nats case that they are a viable stand alone nation in the 2020’s. More power doesn’t cut it. They’ve tried that in 1999 and 2014. It simply emboldens nationalism. If anything I’d be going the other way; they display the competence of a parish council so the level of power they have should reflect that.
