france spends more than 50% of its GDP on the state. It can't go on in the same vein. that's why they have elected a globalisation fanHousing is a good example,
In London for example ( it's all over the country realy ) the houses have shot upto nutty levels meaning it's cleaned out the origional inhabitants, the first lucky ones took the wedge and fudge the rest following after. The east end people have gone, familys been there for generations can no longer aford a house. London is becoming a place only certain people can aford to live and it's a government policy. The house price rises were done on purpose and it still is ( this is a false way of making our country look like it's better off )
So housing costs have rose for the poor, so the richer can pay the mortgage for their rented houses ( the taxpayer then pays a benifit to pay the rent for them ) the tax payer is subsidising the rich to get richer, as in farming.
The subsidy system is exactly the same, land prices have gone stupid, sub is given to poor farmers to rent ground ( taxpayer money ) this goes to the richer in society who buy more land ( making land prices out of reach for others ) thus the circle continues until the poor can no longer survive!
Regarding smaller farms, it's a horrible thing to think that one section of the farming community is just destroyed because some don't like it ( and never have ) France manages with smaller farms and I facts encourages them, why not here!
Smaller farms bring more people into comunites, more schools, more young farmers of the future, we might even see more farmers than tourists for a change!
